Will my laundry be mixed with someone else's?

Absolutely Not - each customer's order is washed and dried separately.

What type of detergent do you use?

We use Tide, Persil, or Kirkland - all rated excellent or very good by Consumer Reports.

Do you offer a hypoallergenic option for people with allergies?

Yes - we have Tide Free & Gentle available. Simply add a note when booking your order to let us know.

What do you charge?

We have a few different options, you can either sign up for a monthly/annual membership or book an individual order week to week, as needed. Basic price is $35 for 1.5 x13 Gallon Bags of laundry or $50 for 3 x 13 Gallon Bags of laundry. HINT: SAVE OVER $50/YEAR WHEN SIGNING UP FOR AN ANNUAL PACKAGE.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery & Pick Up are FREE within 15 miles of Grand Haven, MI. A service fee may be added for addresses outside that range.

Do I need to sort my laundry prior to bagging?

No - Simply load your soiled laundry in your bags and leave the rest to us.

Do I have to be home for pick-ups and deliveries?

No - Our service is Contact Free - just leave your soiled laundry in bags outside your front door (or in a specifically designated area), we will pick up and deliver your freshly cleaned laundry back to the same place we picked up from.

Do you wash in hot water?

No - we wash everything in cold water to prevent color bleed, wear n tear, and potential shrinkage.

​

Can I pay less if I only have one bag of laundry?

Minimum Charge is $35, whether you have one item or one and a half bags.
